Job Description:

Auto Growth Magazine is excited to announce a unique volunteer opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing and the automotive industry. We are seeking Associate Editors to play a crucial role in our Digital Marketing Excellence Award project and the creation of a special edition magazine.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Award Recipients:

• Research and identify deserving dealerships with outstanding digital marketing programs.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to compile a list of potential award recipients.

2. Award Recipient Outreach:

• Craft and send invitations to selected dealerships for the Digital Marketing Excellence Award.

• Coordinate communication with award recipients, including scheduling podcast interviews and obtaining necessary information.

3. Podcast Interviews:

• Conduct insightful and engaging podcast interviews with award recipients.

• Prepare interview questions that delve into their digital marketing strategies, success stories, and industry insights.

4. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with award recipients to gather content, including success stories, case studies, and expert insights.

• Assist in writing and editing articles for the special edition magazine.

5. Editorial Support:

• Provide editorial support to ensure content aligns with Auto Growth Magazine's quality standards.

• Proofread and edit articles as needed.

6. Project Coordination:

• Assist in project coordination, including timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure the project's smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital marketing and the automotive industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to projects.

• Familiarity with podcast production is a plus but not required.
