As a council member, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, inviting, and engaging with the Top 40 Under 40 Rising Star Developers, as well as coordinating their participation in our podcast interviews and magazine features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the editorial team to identify potential candidates for the "Top 40 Under 40 Rising Star Developers" recognition.

• Conduct research to gather information about the selected developers and their notable achievements.

• Reach out to the identified developers to extend invitations for podcast interviews and magazine features.

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for podcast recordings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the developers.

• Assist in preparing interview questions and discussion topics for the podcast.

• Engage with the developers to collect their insights, stories, and perspectives.

• Liaise with the editorial team to ensure the developers' profiles and stories are accurately represented in the magazine.
